REGISTRATION
Select your prefered payment method by clicking the buttons below. There are two payment methods available.
Bank Transfer – You will receive an email with the total amount and the banking details for the transfer.
Credit Card – You will receive an email containing a secure payment link to complete your transaction online.
PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
You will receive an email with the amount and the banking details for the transfer.
- Please make sure to specify your registration reference ID you will receive, in the payment.
- All payments must be made without any bank charges being applied (set transaction cost to OUR). Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted.
- If you need an invoice with VAT, provide the Organization Name, it’s Fiscal Address, and the VAT Number.
After receiving the payment, we will issue the appropriate invoice in compliance with legal requirements.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
You will receive an email containing a secure payment link to complete your transaction online.
Please complete the payment within 48 hours to validate your registration. If you need an invoice with VAT, please ensure you have provided the Organization Name, Fiscal Address, and VAT Number. After receiving the payment, we will issue the appropriate invoice in compliance with legal requirements.

CANCELATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellation up to 45 days before May 11, 2026 | 100% refund |
Cancellation between 45 to 21 days before May 11, 2026 | 50% refund |
Cancellation within less than 21 days or failing to show | no refund |
